Green tea?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and on this cold rainy day really want a hot cup of green tea. Do you think that's ok?

I read no green tea. Black tea yes green tea no.

I love green tea, but have read that it can impair fetal growth, so I have not been drinking it. I'd do black tea (be careful with herbal teas too). If in doubt, ask the doc. 😉
