SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Okay sorry for the TMI but I'm a day late (so I think) the past two days when I wipe sometimes it's a small brown discharge.. no actually regular period like it should be and my stomachs been hurting too.. should I buy a pregnancy test? Idk if I should worry or not

I just took a pregnancy test it's negative what is going on
