Any advice
So i get out of bed and i start to feel sick i go to bathroom have diahrrea suddenly i get really hot and sweaty and start hyperventilating l stand up after im done in bathroom and get dizzy and feel like im gonna pass out... And still hyperventilating and feeling hot
