28 weeks and feeling sick and tired

Allison • 20 years old. This was unplanned but I am keeping baby and being a single mom
Anyone else around 28 weeks feeling sick all the time? I don't get morning sickness except on occasion. But I just feel sick/not good all the time and didn't feel like this in my 2nd trimester.
