Did you wear your wedding rings to the hospital?

I will most likely take them off, in case of swelling (which has come and go for me this whole time) and in case I have to have surgery, in which case you have to remove all jewelry. I take my rings off every day to shower though, so I'm not superstitious or weird about wearing them every single day for the next 50 years. I would rather know they are safe at home instead of maybe getting lost in the chaos and shuffle of being in a hospital.

If you have to have a c-section  then you have to take it off.

I wouldn't. My last child I had vaginal they made me take off all jewelry so this time I'll leave it home to take away any risk of misplacing or anything
