Implant BC?

Question

Has anyone had the implant for birth control? Did you like it/dislike it? In the last I've used the pill and then the Nuvaring but I'd like to try something different this time!

I had the implant after my last baby, the great thing about it is you forget it's there and I barely bled. The not so great thing is I turned into a hormonal monster, my poor o/h, it was like living with the hulk 🙈😂 the minute I got it out I felt like a completely different happy person 😫😂

I've had it twice and am getting it again. The first time I was affected by no side effects, barely bled, and actually lost weight. The second time I gained 20 lbs and had a crazy irregular period. I'm taking my chances with it this time around because I know we want to try for baby #2 in exactly 3 years and I know fertility returns quickly after removal. Also I'm not disciplined enough for the pill and am scared of iud's lol. I recommend it :)
