Hey lady's, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and had a miscarriage back in April, my boyfriend and I are on vacation for the week and last night I woke up with severe cramps, like I couldn't move and was nearly in tears, they went away in about a half an hour, there was no bleeding or spotting, I've had dull consistent cramps since day 1 but this was nearly unbearable. I have my 8 week check on Monday with my doctor. I have also been a vegetarian for the last 4 years and started eating meat again the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts?
