Has anyone had a cerclage removed? I wasn't awake when it was placed and I've heard that I WILL be awake for the removal and it may be painful due to skin growing over the stitch. Some even say the dr couldn't remove the entire stitch as it was stuck beneath the skin. If you had one removed and could share your experience pls feel free. I get so nervous just thinking about it.
