My son just started getting these, anybody know what they might be? They're literally everywhere.

It looks like hand foot and mouth.

It's a virus and there are no meds for it. Clean every thing! And use disinfectant for the duration of outburst. Once the spots come, you are on the other side of the problem. The sore can hurt, but that's usually only in older people. My husband caught it from our daughter who had no symptoms.
