How do you deal with hunger pains?

I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant and been having some hunger pains. I would eat something and would be hungry again. When woke up this morning my stomach was bothering me and I ate something. I'm abit better but it kinda put me in a bad mood lol

Eat more protein! As much protein as possible. It fills you up quicker, longer, and won't give you the carb crashes.

In the past I've confused hunger pains for acid reflux. So try a doctor-approved antacid & see if that helps. I drink a ton of water, eat high-protein meals and snack on sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, almonds etc. I also like carrot or celery sticks. I'm trying to avoid sugar and gaining too much, so I try really hard to choose sensible foods. I give in at a Milkshake or something every couple weeks lol.

you gotta eat whenever you're hungry. the baby needs the nourishment. i eat every hour and have my whole pregnancy. im always hungry.

I would say keep little snacks around you all day (crackers,chips, yogurt, etc). I had somewhat of a similar problem when I was pregnant lol. Between the weeks of 12-20 weeks of being pregnant, I would wake up every night hungry. Like I'm not kidding you lol 😂 I felt like I was starved. So then I started keeping little snacks next to my bed and it helped a lot.
