So I went to L&D this morning due to having gushes of fluid around 9-9:30am.. I got admitted at about 10 , stayed there til 3pm , I'm not dilated at all & they tested for amniotic fluid & it was negative, they checked my baby on the ultrasound & monitored him the whole time everything was normal , besides his heart rate dipping twice , it picked back up & everything was fine again.. So I got discharged & on my discharge papers it said that I would be getting induced on Sept 9 , my due date is Sept 12? Why would my doc induce without medical reason? I'm going to ask him on my next doc apt but just wondered if maybe any of you mothers may know why or this has happened to you.
