Inserting Evening Primrose Oil vaginally..
I just started taking them orally two by mouth at night but I hear they are more effective if you insert. I'm scared to stick anything up there. Any advice? I'm not going to ask my doctor bkuz she would probably say don't do that. But she says don't do that to almost everything except sex which I'm not getting at 9 months pregnant.
