Fed up!

On cycle day 45 ... Had no proper period (just a light brown bleed for 1 day) & pelvic pain for the past week or so. Boobs have started to become tender & nipples are sensitive and im extremely tired all the time. Im absolutely fed up just really want to know whats going on with me. Took tests every day & nothing but BFNs. Anyone else ever experienced this?
