TTC after Implanon BC

Chelsea • Im a Beachbody coach and stay at home mom to my 3year old daughter and we want to add one more child to our family.
Has any one gotten a positive pregnancy test shortly after haveing their implanon removed? I have had mine taken out for a little over a month and havn't had a period since about a 2 weeks before I had it taken out. Hoping my body is getting back I to the swing of things and hoping I'll have a positve soon.
