Hunger
I'm a high risk pregnancy and 5 months pregnant in 4 days and I'm still having the 1st trimester morning sickness the whole feeling weak and tired all the time. Now although I'm throwing up I'm also extremely hungry. Well I went to eat with a coworker and she couldn't finish her food (we ordered the exact same thing) and typically she eats more than me but I finished my food and I was still so very hungry as if I wasn't satisfied. I don't want to overdo my eating because I am (or was) a very active and healthy person and I don't want that to leave me but I also don't want to feel like I'm alone. Any encouragement or suggestions on what is healthy and filling while pregnant? Salads just don't cut it for me anymore. HELP!!!!
