Yeah that's totally normal, sometimes it can take a few days to go away, my husband and I always have rough sex and I don't need lube I naturally am already really wet during sex, and I was so frustrated that every time it would be so itchy and sore for a few days after and it would cause the sex the next day to hurt at the beginning, so I went to the doctor to see what I could do and he gave me a medicated cream to put on right after sex and it stopped that from happening.
