How often do you get discharge in your underwear?

I'm just wondering because it appears in my panties like EVERY SINGLE DAY and I'm not sure if that's regular or unhealthy. Please leave comments letting me know things after you vote! Honest answers needed. No, I am not sexually active and I am very clean. I wash with soaps and warm water everyday. It is usually clear, white, tan, (or brown when it's dry.) Is this because I'm constantly wet? I'm just really confused.
