Condoms and pulling out

Hi ladies. I have a very serious problem with my boyfriend. We've been together on and off for a year and a half. When we first got back together, I told him what I needed him to do to show me that he really wanted me and he did it.(I failed to mention about the condoms). One night when we were sexing each other's brains out, I made him wear 2 condoms. But both came off during the impact of rough sex. Well, I figured I'd let that slide and we'd later wear them. Well, ever since that time its been hard. At first he told me that he was on some form of male birth control. I never heard of it before but I excused him also. Well, one day I started feeling ill and I noticed my body got a lil weird. Worried, I rushed and bought a pregnancy test. It was negative. So I was at ease. A month passes by and one night after he ejaculated inside of me,he told me that he wants a baby. Stunned, I asked him was he still on his birth control shot. He said no that he hadn't been on it in 2 months. We had been back together for 2 months! Soni got angry! I fussed at him and said we would wear them from that point on.he said no that he wanted a baby. For a week we fought about him ejaculating inside of me, and when I finally convinced him that we didn't need a baby, 2 days latery friend comes from out of nowhere and says I need to take a home pregnancy test. I take it and it's positive. Shocked, I told him.he said he didn't want a baby now. I took another one and it was positive too. Then he wanted a baby then he had mixed emotions. About 2 weeks later I bled out, so I'm guessing it was a chemical pregnancy. To make a long story short now, he wants to continue to ejaculate inside of me, and we both don't want to get on birth control and we literally argue about it. 4 days ago I hand him a bag of condoms and he threw them at the wall. He says that he doesn't want a baby now, but he's ejaculating inside of me. What do I do? What do I say? I feel like it's a major deal breaker and problem and I feel like we may have conceived again. I don't know how to talk to him or convince him that this is serious.help me please!!!!!!!!
