bottles?

Question

How many bottles do you mamas keep on hand? We have three and I wash them constantly. Anyone else have this many or do you guys have more than that?!

I have 8. Started with 3, and that was ridiculous. I never stopped washing bottles. Finally I bought a few more, then a few more, and 8 is the number where I'm happy. Any less than that, and I would have to wash them more than once a day. Any more than that, and I would be lazy and let them pile up. :) Eight is perfect.

I have at least 15 😂 my son acts like he hasn't eaten in 10 years when he's hungry and it was too much to wash a bottle and get it ready for him in time before he freaked out. More is easier for us because I just spend 10 minutes at night washing them all at once.

I bottle feed only plus have twins so I have 14. 😳😳😳 and I go through them all everyday. Wash and sterleize everyday. Have I mentioned I hate bottles??? 😂😂😂

The more you have the more of a mess you will have to clean up! I hate doing dishes, so it's easier when you have a few and wash them right away !

Sheesh I feel like a hoarder! We have over 20 because we went through a few different types when he was younger to find something that would help cut down on gas in his tummy and colic! Most days I wash the bottles we used that day (4-5 bottles) unless it's been a particularly bad day where I couldn't get anything done and then I just rinse them and leave them for tomorrow.

We have 6 which is completely unnecessary because he only gets one bottle a day at bedtime and I'm not going to leave dirty bottles around for days. I really only need one. The rest just sit there... But he's breastfed. If he was bottle fed I'd probably have as many as bottles he had in one day plus an extra and just wash them at the end of the day so I wasn't constantly washing bottles.

I currently only have six on hand. But on the twelve if next month we will only have four that she can use. I think six is a good amount for us. I only clean bottles once a day(all at once) because she eats only four times. It all depends on how prepared you are and how often baby eats. I think having atleast two more bottles than feeds is good.
