Should I wait until I'm in my most fertile week to use or can I use at any time? What are your experiences with it?

In the most fertile time. Every, EVERY SINGLE time you have sex. It works!

It's designed for your most fertile week. In my experience there's not a whole lot in it so you really only have enough for your fertile week. It's not going to hurt anything to use it any other time it's a very good lube. 
I've used it twice now. The first time I got a bad UTI but not because of the lube I'm prone to getting them. And this last timemy cycle decided to go crazy and I missed my fertile week without knowing it and everything came way early. So neither times resulted in a pregnancy but it wasn't really the lubes fault either way. The universe apparently really does not want it right now LOL.
