Pinching, pulling feeling after conceiving?

A few days after conceiving did you feel anything in your stomach? Sharp pains, pinching or twingling sensation?

I been feeling cramps today Imean more than usual and a sharp pain Saturday but my AF isn't due until September 13th

I had some pulling type cramps a week or so before my BFP. The only other time I had cramps like them was when I had my chemical. Only a few and only for a day or so.
