I have a question

So I finally got my period today, 31 days after my miscarriage . Should I assume it's a period since its been 4 weeks since any bleeding at all? & I didn't have a negative test till 25 days after so I know I didn't ovulate but I know you can either get your period or ovulate after your hcg levels hit zero. I'm guessing it's my period? So do I just count this & wait for ovulation?
