So this first period has been nothing like my past ones. Usually mine start 2-3 days out with appetite, cramps then moody. I became depressed 4 days ago then it turned to aggression and yesterday light bleeding now the clots and pain have finally hit. My bleeding has been heavy is miserable. My lower back is hurting so bad it feels like my spine is being pushed outwards and is even popping when i lay down. I have been working out to help with just being an ass, trying to do a sit up was painful and at one point i just lay in the floor crying. I'm making a appt with my obgyn but her fist opening isnt till next week.

Has anyone else had just shitty first period and then it got better?

Also RIP sheets i got as a wedding gift.
