At Starbucks I always get a Venti white  chocolate mocha frap... Until it's dead of winter and I get the hot version of it. At home it's usually two cups & I'm good.

Used to drink 3-4 cups a day and before getting pregnant I was wanting to cut back. Well surprise pregnancy so I cut back to one cup a day... Started doing half caf and then from there I just progressively added more decaf and now I can go without the coffee and not get the caffeine headaches! Still like to have a cup every morning but it's half caf!
