I have my weekly appointment in a few hours. I started to have period like cramps for the last 10 minutes. I'm not having any severe cramping or any other pains. Just feels like I'm sick to my stomach with discomfort. I'm scared to eat because I feel like I will throw up. Is this a contraction? I've never had contractions start on their own, my last pregnancy was a loss and we were induced so contractions were a lot stronger a lot quicker.
