Irritated red vagina

This is NOT due to a yeast infection or std or UTI.  I had irritation and thought it was a yeast infection about to start. So i used 1day monostate cream and nothing happened no pain no itch, nothing. So i thought, " ok i guess i didnt have a YI". Now a couple days later, my vagina is super red and irritated. What can i use to make it not irritated. I know it was due to the high amount 1600m of 1day monostate cream i used to have caused this. I just want this redness and irritation to go away ASAP.
