I think it is.  I've had the exact same thing in the bottom of my toilet two or three times over the last 2 weeks.  I'm currently 37+5.

That is exactly what mine looks like, hard phlegm in the toilet. I've lost chunks here and there since week 35 but I just lost a huge chunk that was long and a little under 2 inches (no blood) at 39 weeks. Was having signs of pre labor before this, but has since stopped.

Is this my Mucus Plug??
