Popping Sensation in the cervix.

I went for a wee and felt this popping sensation after I had a wee and I've had no leaking but I lost 4 types of discharge on the 29th August 2016 one in the morning and 2 during the day and one before I went to sleep this one was more orangey yellowish in colour... I'm getting the odd cramp here and there in my stomach and back! Any idea what I could be..??
