So my boyfriend wants to pay my college education ..He is 30 and I am 22. He works for a decent salary but our relationship feels weird sometimes. Like if he would come home he would message me of course. And after we messaged each other he would go and eat. But I would hear from him about 2-3 hours. When he's ready for bed time.. I obviously complained about it a few times but he still does that. Anyways I got fed up of it and don't care anymore if he text me after a day or whatever. Sometimes we would get in a fight and won't speak to each other 2-3 days.

Tbh I feel like out of all of this he doesn't care nor love me. Why the hell would I let him pay for my college education? He's been telling me lately not to wear short clothes but to dress decent. What if he pays my education?? Would he uhm.. Try to control everything I do in my life? Talk to me whenever he feels like? ..

NO.. Huge NO. I am not ready for that.

I rather go to the bank and take a loan and then repay them back after getting my degree and a job.

What do you think of this? Am I being selfish? Or crazy? Because after I told him about the bank he said : "you are something else."

I just don't want anyone controlling my life thinking that I have to repay them back at every least thing I do.
