Nipple stimulation did the trick...
40+1 and spent 15-20 min stimulating each nipple, 10 min later.. My water broke! (Ironically i was watching Friends .. The one where Rachel has her baby 😳)
As of last week I was only a finger tip dilated but with a super soft cervix. I was scheduled to go in the am for my 40 week appt. Thought for sure I'd be induced next week.
In the hospital now with contractions. Mild but getting stronger. Hoping this doesn't take too long but I'm thankful my August baby just might arrive before September. ☺️
