Shellac manicures and pedicures..

Are they safe during pregnancy? I don't want to sound like a psycho, but after having a loss last pregnancy, my anxiety is making me nuts. I'm 11w3d and went for a mani and pedi last night. The place was super sterile and very well ventilated. I'm probably just being paranoid.
