Would u pay for a 3d/4d even if u get free ones?

Okay so i get a 3d/4d ultrasounds every trimester ( keep in mind those are the only ultrasounds i get throughout my pregnancy ) Im now almost 35 weeks. I had my last 3d/4d at around 33 weeks , problem is i go in to check up to see if baby is growing due to some issue i have. The ultrasound tech literally doesnt even try to give me a good shot of my little one 😭 the image below is the last one i got, i actually have another ultrasound to check the progress in 2 weeks. I want to be able to see my babys face clearly not just a half shot 😫 would u ladies just pay for it somewhere else or wait to see until my nxt ultrasound?
