If you are going to get it I suggest printing it out and stick it somewhere you will see it every day for 6 months to a year to see if you really want it and don't get tired of it.  I did that with mine and I'm still in love with it 3 years later.

Depends on the shop. Some shops will tattoo you now without parental consent, and some won't do it even with parental consent. It all depends on the shop and the artist

It depends on the parlor you go to, some artists will and some won't. I'm 15 and getting one done in a month or so (with the consent of my mom) but i don't live in michagen so i can't be sure about there

Idk about other states but I know in Louisiana and Mississippi you can be whatever age with parent consent. My brother was 15. I got my first at 16 and I love it. You won't regret it unless it's meaningless. I thought about what I got for years before I actually got it.
