So my 7 week old baby girl has been sleeping ALL day today. She has maybe been awake for 2 hours total since 7 am. I had to wake her up and make her eat, she Never goes longer than 2.5 hours without eating, even at night. She just had started to be more alert and awake during the day and that lasted for maybe 5-7 days and now she's sleeping all day again. Is this a growth spurt or should I be concerned?
