How many to transfer?

I have my embryo transfer on Saturday and i don't know what to do! My husband and I are totally open to the idea of twins and would be excited. What are the pros and cons of transferring 2 embryos?! I am 27 and healthy- our fertility issues are all MFI.

Transfer two or even three. There is no guarantee that any of them will take, so I would definitely transfer at least two

Transfer 2 in my opinion. I'm 28 totally healthy, all was male infertility for us. I transferred 2 for better chance of at least 1 sticking and that's exactly what happened. I am 12 weeks pregnant with 1 baby now. I couldn't imagine only transferring 1 and if that didn't stick. My dr would not transfer more than 2 though given I'm completely healthy with no fertility issues. Good luck ❤️

I think it depends on how many frozen embryos you have, your age and the quality of embryos. Did you do genetic testing? My first IVF cycle I had one normal Embryo and the doctor hit my uterus while he was implanting it which made me contract and I did not get pregnant with that cycle. My second transfer I had one normal embryo implanted and the doctor did not hit my uterus and I am now 29 weeks pregnant.

I am 33 and my transfer is in a couple weeks and our issue is MAle fertility and we are transferring 2 :)

I am also 27 and healthy with MFI being out only issue. Our doc recommended one, said because I'm healthy there is a high chance of implantation (we also chose to do PGD testing)... And he also said if this didn't take, then he would understand if we wanted to do 2. Still haven't decided...
