Alcahol, vomiting, pregnant?

I'm not TTC. I went to a friends on Friday and had a drink, when I drink I like NEVER vomit. Walking home from her house, I vomited, which is unusual because I once again NEVER vomit, when I was younger and used to be sick from drinking alcahol, I always used to be sick the morning after, never the night I've been drinking. The next morning around 6am I just kept vomiting until 12pm, so a good 6 hours. Do some people vomit if they're pregnant and consume alcahol? Like their body can't handle it?  I'm just so confused right now and if I am pregnant, I hope the drinking hasn't harmed it.
