What to wear to a bar for a friends birthday (day time)?

I always know what to where but I'm not a bar type of girl, let alone a bar during the day. Any suggestions? It's her 24 and she's a really close friend.

If youre going for semi-dressy id go with a black cocktail dress and some black flats or heels depends on your preference.. If you want to go classy and still decently comfortable you can throw on a black pair of leggings and a cute blouse and curl your hair! Whatever you come up with im sure youll be beautiful:)
