Heartless People!!!
My found this little pup abandoned last night after class near campus. Poor thing was in a box with just a towel and a ziploc bag filled with some dog food. She must have been so scared all alone at night and out in the open. He brought her home and we could see that she was covered in fleas and possibly ticks. We showered her really well to get rid of those as much as we could and got her a little cage to sleep in for the night. She's such a sweet, little puppy!! She didn't even bark or whimper; she was so patient and sweet. It breaks my heart knowing that someone could actually abandon a little pup at night, expecting someone to just find it and take care of it themselves. If you can't take care of a little puppy, then find the decency to take it to an actually animal shelter where they can take care of it instead of just dropping it off on the side of a street.
