Brown spotting

I'm 37++5 and last week I lost this (pic below) and then the day after I had the tiniest bit of brown spotting. Since then I've just been losing bits and bats of my mucus plug and then last night I had the tiniest bit of brown spotting again. It was like literally a drop and nothing since. Anyone know what it could be?
