Peeing yourself?

I'm 35 weeks...been sneezing all day because I'm allergic to grass and the neighbor was mowing right at the bus stop. I'm use to peeing every 5 minutes but earlier I sneezed yet again and can't tell if I peed or if it could be my water.

With my son it was an obvious gush but I know every pregnancy is different...doctor says to watch it over the next couple hours and if it happens again or I keep leaking to come in but I'm home alone and freaking out. Anyone else stressing?
