I took this test yesterday morning, but should have only been 7-8dpo according to my calendar. Is it normal to get a + that early?

I'd say you're more likely to be at least 8 dpo but more like 9 to get a positive but it's definitely not unheard of! Congrats!

I got a negative at 7dpo and a ton of positives at 10dpo :) I didn't test between, so I'm not sure when I would've started tetting positives. 7-8dpo is typically the earliest!! Good luck!!!
