I just wanted to put this out there for all the mommas worrying about their babies acne. My son had it so bad on his cheeks for 4 weeks :(. It is finally clearing up and I think it is due to our new routine. We switched to dove sensitive soap and began bathing him every other day (we were doing every 3 days, but he was getting greasy from all the snuggles!). We also wipe his face daily with a wet warm wash cloth. After 4 days, his baby acne has almost disappeared! There is hope mommas :)
