Insane heartburn, need advice!!!

So all last night I was awake with heartburn. I ate tums like candy and exceeded the dosage. I have drank so much milk. Nothing is helping. It is burning my stomach. My throat. My chest. Even up into like my ears. I am sweating because of the Burning sensation. I have no clue what else to do. I'm thinking about calling my doctors 24 hour line. But I don't want to bother them over heartburn. What do you think?!
