Low PAPP-A

I went to the hospital for my blood results from the combined screening test and my PAPP-A came back low but all other risks are low ( DS etc ) which is a relief.. I am 18 weeks 3days at the minute.. I was wonderingnif anyone has been through this and baby being ok as having low PAPP-A means the growth hormone right? Just want my baby to be healthy but this is constantly in the back of my mind.. Baby seems ok and well as he/she kicks alot and they arent just flutters, proper kicks where you can see them.. I feel baby is strong and hope it continues this way. They now have me under 3 rxtra scans to keep a close eye on baby.. My other 2 pregnancies with my boys were perfectly fine and never had this worry before. Any other people ls stories etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
