My baby had this and I just wash 2 times a day with cotton wool and water then pat dry with muslin. It's still there a little but not as red looking

Baby acne. Totally normal; it's the hormones acquired from inside your womb leaving their body. Although it looks bad, it doesn't bother baby. Goes away in a few weeks. Unfortunately it gets worse before it gets better. Doc said not to put any lotions on it as it will clog pores. We also just wiped gently with warm water during bath time, used mild baby soap every other day or so. It goes away on its own and baby's  skin is clear and beautiful again.

Looks like baby acne! My girl got it on her eye lids and chicks as well. I usually wash her face with a warm cloth twice a day and also put a little breast milk on the acne and it works wonders!
