sore breasts again!!?

I had VERY sore breasts up until 15-16 weeks. Now I am almost 25 and they've been sore for that past week or so again. I do leak at times which I know is normal, it's just the pain is super annoying. Anyone else dealing with it still?

My breast pain was horrible in the beginning. It seemed to go away for about 2 months, but now as I'm ending the second trimester, they are tender again. Not as bad as before, but definitely uncomfortable. I haven't had any leaking yet, but I heard that's common. However, my nipples seem to be permanently hard, which is making their sensitivity even worse!
