What would you do if your S/O cheated on you?

If my so ever cheated I'd leave him as soon as I found out. It's been made clear since day one that cheating and abuse will never be tolerated. If he can't control himself and feels the need to put the relationship at risk for sex he's not worth any more of my time. I know I deserve better than a cheater and respect myself too much to be brought down by a lying loser. Plus, I know I'd constantly be questioning where he was when he wasn't with me. Like they say, once a cheater always a cheater

I found out through an accidental group text between me and their other girl. Long story short I called them (they lived two towns over) and immediately broke up with them. I had cried enough over the relationship in the weeks before and I wasn't wasting another second with that scum.

Depends on the nature. And if he's genuinely apologetic. I'm not saying if he half asses an apology, but if he's truly remorseful and I BELIEVE him, I'll stay and try to work it out. I'm not even concerned with this to be honest though.

For me, it would depend on what happened. If it was a one time, purely physical thing, I would work through it to save what we have. If it was an emotional relationship or multiple times, I would have be done.

I can't even answer that one... I always told my husband that if he felt the need to be with someone else, just tell me. I'd rather be hurt with honesty than betrayed with lies. Apparently, I didn't deserve that much honesty because he's been caught talking to an ex multiple times over the years. And he has had 2 'girlfriends' too. The first one was right after I had our 4 year old son. He wanted nothing to do with us and was always gone, I am and was a sahm and he left me with no access to finances, nothing. Never fully admitted to being with her but I knew. Decided to try to save the relationship. We got married a year and a half later. Last year, he met another one and was in a 6 month relationship with her and she even said they were trying to have a baby together. Idk. I found out about it and was going to leave him but he begged me to stay. We're good now but I have location on his phone at ALL TIMES. And I've told him I will always love him but if I ever even suspect him cheating, I'm done. Sometimes, I believe him when he says he will never do anything like that again. Other times, the 'once a cheater, always a cheater' thing plays in my mind like a broken record. I feel so stupid while writing this go have even put up with half of the shit I have. I've ended relationships on way less. This man has got my heart for sure. But I won't sit and be betrayed again. Too much

My ex of 2 years cheated on me. I found out the same day he proposed to me. I knew that a month earlier that he was hanging out with sone girl. I asked him wat was going on between them. He had told me nothing. She finally messaged me telling me that she thought we broke up so she had sex with him. I broke up with him right away cuz this isnt the first time hes done this to me. Theres only so many chances u can give a man. Unfortunately for me. It was one too many. To stir that pot. She started dating my sister a week later.
