feeling like I'm going to pee during sex

hey guys, so this might be a weird question but I've never had an orgasm and me and my bf have been trying hard to get me there but every time he fingers me I kinda feel like I have to pee. it's really confusing because it feels SO good but at the same time I feel like I'm gonna pee right then and there. is this normal? I've tried peeing right before we do stuff but it doesn't make a difference? is this like some sign I'm gonna orgasm soon or just the position?
