Exercise ball
I've started sitting/rolling/bouncing on an exercise ball to help baby drop and start to dilate. At my 36 week appointment they told me I was barely dilated. 😣 I don't want baby girl to come til at least 39 weeks (she's measuring a week big) but I can't go overdue because I won't have enough maternity leave left to heal. So hopefully this ball helps get my cervix ready for birth!
