First Time

I'm 15 and most of my friends have had sex already. I'm hanging out with this guy soon and he's shown an interest in sleeping with me. I'm really scared and kinda just want to hang out without having sex, but I also want to. It's really confusing and I just want to get it over with, should I sleep with him? Or wait? I just don't want to be a virgin anymore, but I feel if I sleep with him I'll regret it.
